Villa 4323 is a luxurious cliff top beachfront villa, with steps down to the private beach below. With manicured grounds and simply stunning views, it is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a truly luxurious yet relaxed holiday. You'll find it hard to say goodbye!
Located dramatically on top of cliffs, this villa has the best of both worlds - a cool sea breeze and the soothing sounds of the waves below, as well as ownership of 100 metres of private beach frontage - the only visitors are the occasional fishermen taking advantage of the crystal clear waters lapping over the coral reef.
You can also enjoy the luxury of a huge cliff top terrace, a fragrant and exotic garden, sleek swimming pool, Jacuzzi and massage and spa area, as well as large sitting, dining and A/V salas!
Luxury bedrooms have their own private balcony or terrace and own garden and are situated on the edge of huge common space - dining, sitting, pool and massage salas, swimming pool and Jacuzzi are all on the same single level atop the cliff overlooking the ocean! The combination of privacy and wonderful shared facilities make it a unique and complete resort experience where guests can be in the heart of the party or just enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom villa area.
Each of the five bedrooms are perfectly positioned evenly around a large central social and recreational space and surrounded by beautiful natural Thai flora and fauna. Each bedroom is a large double bedroom suite, and all enjoy their own privacy, garden area, air conditioning and fans. All feature unique outdoor (but still private) baths or showers, with indoor washrooms and (for two of the bedrooms) both indoor and outdoor showers. Each is spacious and with a secluded outside area for your privacy. Guests may wish to enjoy some of our beautiful caged birds on the balcony during their stay. From all five suites, guests can look out over the ocean, enjoy the ocean breeze, relax and unwind.
The five bedroom villas surround a huge common area created all on one level, intended to create the perfect relaxation or living area, and making it perfectly suited to groups celebrating an event or party. These salas (comprising of sitting room, guests' kitchen / dining room, A/V room, pool sala and massage / spa sala) are left open to enjoy the cliff top breeze. There are also fans as well as electric blinds for shade / shelter from the breeze if needed.
Enjoy our 18 metre infinity edge swimming pool with its underwater speakers and LED lights synchronised to the villa's cutting edge sound system, a pool-side sala to relax in, a Jacuzzi surrounded by infinity edge ponds, as well as a traditional massage sala where you can have the very last of your cares soothed away by Thai massage or spa treatments.
There are also plenty of isolated areas where you can sit back and contemplate the tranquil surroundings! The design is intentionally very low density so that what could have accommodated 30 to 40 resident guests instead accommodates a mere 5 couples! A party including children could mean that more than 10 guests enjoy the vast space as each bedroom sala is sufficiently spacious for child beds to be set up, on request.
Formal dining can be accommodated for up to 12 at the main dining table in the Guest Kitchen and Dining sala. Dining and refreshments can be supplied to any of the salas and those salas can provide very enjoyable alternative formal dining environments. We recommend guests try enjoying eating in different salas and locations and enjoying the different views and settings.
The A/V sala is the hub of the sound and visual entertainment facilities. A high quality projector gives the sala a chill out mini cinema feel for films or games at night. It's also the centre of the sound system which can be relayed to selected or all zones of the living area (including underwater speakers in swimming pool and coordinated LED lighting!) and also with local volume switches in each sala.
For the sun worshippers we have plenty of sun loungers for you to enjoy. Lie back in comfort and contemplate your wonderful holiday! Or maybe sit in one of our grass-roof thatched salas and look out at the majestic sweep of the coastline and the ocean. And a cooling dip in our pool will soothe those cares away!

The villa lies on the east coast of Koh Samui, 1.5 km north of Chaweng main town. Our location is perfect for your convenience- only 15 minutes by car from the airport but seeming a million miles away, with its peace and serenity and relaxing atmosphere- your journey to us will be a distant memory as soon as you walk into the fragrant, refreshing gardens and see the beautiful views from your villa.
A gentle 20 minute stroll along the waterfront leads you to the busy Chaweng beach, with its four kilometres of soft white sand, water sports and beachfront dining. A car or taxi-bike can whisk you there or back in less than 5 minutes. And a 3 minute drive in the opposite direction takes you to more beautiful beaches- a little less fast paced and with a laid back ambience.
A team of friendly and discrete staff will cater to your every need. They will clean, shop, cook and handle laundry for you.
Our villa manager will be your main contact point. The Villa manager's main focus is to make sure that you have an unforgettable experience In all, a team of at least three staff (not including security guards) will be dedicated to making your stay a memorable one.
Twice daily, the Samui villa staff will check that bedrooms and living areas are clean and tidy. Baby-sitting can be arranged
